Can we do some coding and make this chat app better? Or can we have a chat app and connect it with Odoo?? If we can do such stuff then I have a software coder n designer.

Chat we need to continue on what's app only.looks like. Have to create another alternative. But downloading another app for chatting only office doesn't make any sense.
